Three years ago a major storm did significant damage to our roof.  Immediately we interviewed several roofing companies in Lexington.  My neighbor, who owns many rental homes suggested we contact Josh at Unlimited Roofing and I did.  He immediately came out to look at the damage and sent a team that day to temporarily patch the roof until it could be repaired.  We were overwhelming positive about Unlimited Roofing and Josh, especially.  Josh prepared an estimate and made a bid on the job.  We decided to go with Unlimited primarily because of our confidence in Josh, his integrity and experience.  Josh helped us work through a reluctant insurance company and all the other details of the project.  Bottom line...I recommend Unlimited Roofing and especially Josh should you find yourself in need of a roof replacement or repair.  We could not be more pleased! Unlimited Commercial and Residential Roofing did a roof installation for our home in Berea, Kentucky in July 2025, following straight line wind/storm damage. After contacting companies in Richmond for over 2 months with no results, we went with Unlimited! Josh came out to our home and within 2 weeks, we had a new roof! The whole roof was replaced in 1.5 days.  They fixed other issues we were not even aware of as well. They did all of the work and clean up in extreme heat. Josh was present for all the work and walked us through the insurance process delay. I highly recommend them! Everyone we worked with was professional, honest, and quick to respond. They guided us through the entire process after our neighborhood was hit with hail and straight line winds in Richmond, KY. We needed a new roof, siding, gutters, and garage door. Unlimited commercial gutters and roofing remover my four inch gutters and replaced them with six inch gutters. They showed up when promised finished in one day, cleaned up everything before they left. I would highly recommend them for any gutter or roofing replacements or repairs!
